Our Mission
A new brand of psychological police training for a new brand of society.

Triggers dangerous to police officers aren't just on guns.
Policing is not an exact science.
Law enforcement has evolved into a highly technical profession. However, despite continuous advanced training, human error is still possible. There is a significant gap between training and that happens out on the streets: recognizing and responding to psychological triggers. Even the best-trained personnel may be prone to mistakes: they get tired and angry, and their minds wander. Psychological triggers can especially be relevant when officers are in those states of mind, albeit likely through no fault of their own.
Through our extensive, continuous research, studies, and analyses of countless hours of body-worn camera footage, we continue to identify and mitigate psychological triggers by generating new knowledge in the self-regulation of police officers and police stress. We then incorporate that new knowledge into our psychology-based training programs and consulting services.
Unfortunately, officers must learn from their mistakes, which are sometimes costly. Our mission is to keep those mistakes to a minimum by keeping officers psychologically fit so they can operate at top efficiency. We accomplish this by teaching officers how to maintain self-regulatory resources and mitigate stress by recognizing and appropriately responding to intense psychological triggers.
